What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driver- Waste Removal position at Timely Trash Services?
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated worker to join our waste management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting and disposing of waste. We service anywhere from Destin to PCB. This is a seasonal job that is operated from now through the end of Labor Day. Every Saturday is required.
Duties:
- Operate trucks/trailers vehicles efficiently and safely
- Collect and load waste into the truck/trailer
- Transport waste to designated disposal areas
- Adhere to waste management regulations and safety standards
Experience:
- Prior experience in commercial driving or related field preferred
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job
- Experience operating rear loader trucks, dump trucks, or similar vehicles is a plus
- Knowledge of delivery driver responsibilities and load/unload procedures
