Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Garden State Parkway, North Jersey, NJ
Duration: Full Time
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all equipment in the foundry, including wax press machines, pouring pots, autoclaves, and wash-out cabinets.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on all machinery to minimize downtime and improve the longevity of equipment.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and conduct emergency repairs as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company procedures during maintenance tasks.
- Assist with inventory management of parts and tools to ensure the necessary resources are available when needed.
- Work closely with management to develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance area and tools.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a strong background in foundry environments.
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
