Job Overview
Timewell Drainage is seeking individuals with maintenance experience in Blow Molding for our Remington Plant location. These individuals will have strong background in electrical, manufacturing maintenance, blow mold, and HDPE. While having safety always as a priority.
They must be 80% to 85 % able to independently function and should have HDPE knowledge.
Knowledge
- Blow Molding experience, working on molding equipment from top to bottom.
- Has 5 years of operating blow molding machines
- HIGHLY skilled manufacturing maintenance ability
- Electrical exceeding 480, certified is a PLUS
- VFD, PLC, Automation background
- Lean manufacturing
- Safety minded
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on blow molding machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues, utilizing schematics and programmable logic controllers.
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance in accordance with lean manufacturing principles.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to minimize downtime and improve production efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS and assist in training new technicians.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Plastics blow molding: 5 years (Required)
- HDPE Extrusion: 3 years (Required)
- Mechanical knowledge: 5 years (Required)
