Blow Molding Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Blow Mold Supervisor to lead our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of production processes, especially in Blow Molding, and lean manufacturing principles. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the production floor, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices in Blow Molding and HDPE processes
• Coordinate workflow and schedules to meet production targets while optimizing resource utilization.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of Blow Mold and HDPE
• Maintenance background is a plus
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of production.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Plastics blow molding: 5 years (Required)
• HDPE Plastics: 3 years (Required)
