Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered by C&L Tiling.
- Assist customers with order processing, data entry, and account management.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
- Familiarity with office software applications is preferred.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
- Experience with cash handling is beneficial.
