What You'll Do:
- Perform residential cleaning services (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.)
- Follow checklists and company procedures to deliver top-quality service
- Provide a professional and friendly experience to clients
- Work independently or in a small team, traveling between homes during the day
What You'll Need to Join the Team:
- Monday–Friday availability, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
- Valid driver's license (held for at least 2 years)
- Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, kneel, push/pull, and perform physically active work
- Be at least 21 years old
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and dependable nature—we rely on each other!
- Live within a 30-minute drive of Victor, NY so you feel comfortable with your commute
Pay Details:
- Paid Training
Performance Pay: After 1–3 weeks of training, cleaners move to commission-based pay Most full-time team members earn $600–$900/week on average, including tips and bonuses
- Full & part-time positions available
