Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Formats Project Implementer is to support the Formats Team to ensure each Timewise store is up to Shell Mobility and Convenience (SMC) standards to drive growth in sales. The Formats Project Implementers incorporate this by supporting the Formats Team to develop, plan, and execute new projects and improvements to the sites that drive the sales growth. The Formats Project Implementer will be responsible for adhering to Shell Mobility & Convenience (SMC) guidelines and quality of assigned stores
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience developing, planning, executing, and managing projects from ideation to completion.
- Coordinating the team and resources to execute and deliver projects with a specified period. Identifying project goals, scope, and plan document project tasks.
- Coordinate with the line manager to keep projects aligned with company expectations and goals.
- Perform quality control on projects throughout development and tracking project performance.
- Responsible for store reset projects, alcoholic and non-Alcoholic Beverage resets, food store remodels, macro reflow, and store refresh programs.
- Perform CR marketing and food store compliance audits to support and coach the stores to deliver better performance and drive CR initiatives.
- Perform new project audits as priorities shift.
- Developing and supporting the implementation of new store programs.
- Support the CR Operations Manager on planning and managing of new store and remodel store openings.
- Support and plan the implementation of new store initiatives.
- Ensure that the CR warehouse is organized, neat, clean, and safe.
- Maintain inventory of hardware, equipment, and other items in the warehouse.
- Other duties assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or equivalent degree preferred.
- Working knowledge of c-store customer journey development and inside store layouts.
- Retail store experience and general understanding of retail selling and/or retail operating environment is highly desired.
- Experience in working with hardware like gondolas, coolers, and shelving.
- Experience in project management and planning.
- Strong and effective communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites: Word, Excel and Outlook.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 25-50lbs or more.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Ability to travel to store sites 50-75% of the time.
