Position Summary:
The successful candidate will have a track record of meeting high standards of performance, and an organized self-starter with a high level of service.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble documentation packages for TCEQ Compliance Investigations.
- Log TCEQ Investigations in Titan Cloud Software.
- Fill out Underground Storage Tank (UST) registrations.
- Fill out TDLR Fuel Metering and Quality Device Applications (FMQ).
- Process renewal invoices for TDLR FMQ Certificates.
- Track and update expiration dates for annual testing, certificates, and dispenser calibrations in Titan Cloud Software.
- Upload documents, regulatory correspondence, and certificates to Titan Cloud Software.
- Collaborate with other fuel compliance and maintenance team members to troubleshoot and resolve fueling system and maintenance issues.
- Maintain permits and provide usage reporting to TCEQ and Subsidence districts for seven (7) water wells.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required experience:
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and data entry.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and email), strong attention to details with ability to multi-task.
- A self-starter, quick learner with awareness to meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements:
- The ability to work overtime as required.
- Valid Driver License.
- Will sometimes require being outdoors for extended periods of time.
- Must have the ability to move and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Prolonged periods of sitting, standing and walking.
