Timios Inc is a rapidly growing National Escrow and Title Insurance Company. We are currently seeking top level candidates to join our Team.
Description : Directly manages the trust accounting and disbursement functions of the organization, and has supervisory responsibility over staff in these functions.
- Ensures all daily production goals are met with regards to disbursements,
- Ensures all processes and procedures are documented and followed
- Perform trust accounting and disbursement functions during periods of high volume and as needed
- Deposit Checks
- Complete internal transfers
- Process positive pay
- Research and resolve file discrepancies
- Manage escheatment reporting
- Collaborate with the Controller and Assistant Controller on projected pertaining to Trust and Disbursement, such as transitioning banking platforms
- Responsible for managing staff, approving timecards, and training of new hires
