Responsibilities
- Coordinate quality improvement initiatives, including data collection and reporting, education, policy and procedure review, and action planning.
- Develop and implement processes to improve patient outcomes and enhance the patient experience.
- Collaborate with the Director of Quality, department directors, and physicians to share data and information and drive performance improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with current literature and best practices in healthcare quality improvement.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of recent critical care experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
