What role you will play in our team

As an R&D Technical Support in Lithium-ion Battery Materials, you will be responsible for conducting research and development on anodes and cathodes of lithium-ion batteries and their related components, participate in new product design and development, and promote the realization and promotion of new technologies and materials to enhance product competitiveness.

What you will do

• Respond promptly to customers' inquiries about the characteristics, parameters and application scenarios of electrolytes. Provide accurate product selection suggestions according to their needs and build a knowledge base by organizing common questions.
• Visit customers' sites to solve technical problems such as product compatibility and process parameter adjustment, and write detailed service reports. Assist customers in new product R & D and process improvement.
• When customers report quality issues, collaborate with multiple departments to conduct investigations. Once the root cause is identified, quickly formulate and implement solutions, and collect information to drive product optimization.
• Conduct training on the storage, use and safe operation of electrolyte products. Regularly communicate with customers, collect satisfaction feedback and improvement suggestions, and report them in a timely manner.
• During customer service, gather information about competitors' products, industry technical trends and new customer demands, and regularly report to the marketing and R & D departments.

About you

Skills and Qualifications

✓ Intention to develop and apply in the fields of fine chemical engineering, lithium-ion battery materials, polymer materials, and related areas

✓ Have a deep understanding of electrochemical knowledge and the reaction, processing, and application of battery materials

✓ Have good experimental skills and proficient in conventional material and battery testing methods

✓ Have good problem-solving ability, team communication ability, innovative ability, and execution ability

✓ Have a proactive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, and a team spirit

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

✓ Candidates with a postgraduate degree or above in analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, physical chemistry, polymer chemistry and physics, biochemistry and molecular biology, materials physics and chemistry, non-ferrous metal metallurgy, chemical process machinery, chemical engineering and technology, applied chemistry, and related fields are preferred.
