What are the responsibilities and job description for the Door and Window Installer- Halls position at Tindells, Inc.?
The position starts at $20 per hour during the training phase. After completing the training successfully, the base pay decreases to $15 per hour plus production bonuses. Following training, the average pay usually falls between $25 and $27 per hour.

You will be working with a team, installing and servicing door and window jobs.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
- Willingness to learn and a good attitude is a must!
- Ability to accurately read a measuring tape.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Work safely at heights including off ladders and scaffolding
- Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach with manual dexterity and see (acuity, depth perception, field of vision).
- Reach over head to grasp materials
ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Work inside/outside in extreme heat and cold temperatures
LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION:
Must be 21 years old
Must be able to pass drug screen
Must be able to obtain F-endorsement on driver license
