Role Description
This full-time on-site role for a Head of Marketing at TINH HOA BROTHERS CORPORATION will lead and oversee all marketing efforts across the three subsidiaries in the US and Vietnam, ensuring cohesive strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals. This role requires a creative thinker with strong leadership skills and fluency in both English and Vietnamese to effectively connect with diverse teams and markets. The Marketing Head will drive brand positioning, strategic campaigns, and market growth while fostering innovation and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Viehome, Vielite, and Viegame.
- Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional activities to ensure consistency and alignment with THB’s vision.
- Manage and lead a marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Analyze market trends, conduct research, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and oversee budgets, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and impactful.
- Create bilingual (English and Vietnamese) marketing materials to target local and international audiences.
- Evaluate campaign performance using KPIs and adjust strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across all subsidiaries to ensure alignment and synergy.
