As a Digital Media Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following:

• Managing the digital footprint and marketing campaigns for TFCU.
• Leading a team of professionals who will work together to create and deploy various levels of digital services communication promoting TFCU offers.
• Overseeing digital media placement and managing all website and social media channels promoting the TFCU Brand.
• Ensuring other digital programs and initiatives are completed in an effective and efficient manner.
• Conducting keyword research and curate content to drive traffic and generate sales.
• Planning and implementing methods to support search engine marketing campaigns.
• Gathering and evaluating web analytics and metrics to be used for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all digital programs.
• Creating analytical reports pertaining to campaign performance for presentation to various levels of leadership within TFCU.

Salary Range:
This is an exempt position. The salary range is $113,690- $142,113; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Education/Experience:
You must have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, mass communications, graphic design or a related field, and five years of experience related to digital media are required. Previous marketing experience at the Sr, Lead, or Supervisory Level is also required. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. Applicable additional education levels or relevant, but not required certifications may be eligible to satisfy minimum experience requirements. Financial institution experience preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.
• Valid driver’s license, maintaining an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.

Keys to success:
In order to be successful as a Digital Media Supervisor, you must possess these qualifications:

• Experience with GA4, SEO, social media platforms, WordPress and digital media platforms.
• Knowledge of marketing planning and consumer behavior and branding.
• Knowledge of National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) and Financial Industry Regulatory
• Authority (FINRA)/Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC) compliance requirements.
• Interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills, including ability to interact with TFCU leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing for publication, copy-editing, and proofreading (AP Style).
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, solve problems and work under tight deadlines.
• Detail oriented with strong project management skills.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design technology platforms.
• Working knowledge of various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.
• Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize projects and assignments
