Tinker Federal Credit Union’s Risk Management department has an immediate opening for an Enterprise Risk Analyst I, II, III! As an Enterprise Risk Analyst I, II, III, you will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) functions.
• Performing the day-to-day operations for TFCU’s Risk Management Program to include; risk assessments, business continuity planning, vendor management, and compliance monitoring.
• Assisting in all other aspects of ERM functions, as needed or when assigned.
• Maintaining all service levels lower than their own.
• Performing cross functional services within the team and serve as an influencer.
• Serving as a lead for projects when needed.

Salary Range:
This is a non-exempt position. The starting hourly rate for a level l, is $26.32, level ll, is $32.43, level lll, is $39.96; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Schedule
Approximately 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday. Normally works a weekday schedule, but may be required to work evenings, holidays, or weekends. May be required to travel overnight with or without notice.

Education/Experience:
You must have an associate degree in business or finance is required for Level I and II. A bachelor’s degree in business or finance is required for Level III. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. Applicable additional education levels or relevant, but not required, certifications may be eligible to satisfy minimum experience requirements.

• Level I: Requires one year of relatable experience in areas of risk management, business continuity planning, vendor management, and/or compliance monitoring. Experience with non-profits and/or credit unions is preferred.
• Level II: Requires three years of relatable experience in areas such as risk management, business continuity planning, vendor management, and/or compliance monitoring. Experience with non-profits and/or credit unions is preferred.
• Level III: Requires three years of relatable experience in areas such as risk management, business continuity planning, vendor management, and/or compliance monitoring. Experience with non-profits and/or credit union is preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.
• Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager (CRVPM) or other related certification preferred for Levels I and II but required for Level III.

Keys to success:
In order to be successful as an Enterprise Risk Analyst I, II, III, you must possess these qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Versatility and flexibility to respond and adapt quickly and effectively to multiple changing priorities.
• Produce monthly activity reports.
• Ability to learn and use new software programs.
