As a Regulatory Auditor, you will be responsible for the following:
Assisting in the oversight of regulatory functions for all areas of the credit union.
Evaluating processes and controls to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency within TFCU.
Identifying and recommending control enhancements and process improvement, communicate findings and recommendations for corrective actions.
Working both independently and as a member of a team based on specific assignment and/or team needs.
Salary Range:
This is an exempt position. The salary range is $83,129.62526 - $103,912.03157; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Education/Experience:
You must have a bachelor’s degree relatable to the position and three years of regulatory audit or related compliance/risk experience within financial institutions are required. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. Applicable additional education levels or relevant but not required certifications may be eligible to satisfy minimum experience requirements. Financial institution experience preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.
Americas Credit Unions’ Certified Credit Union Compliance Officer (CUCO) is preferred.
