What You’ll Do as a Service Advisor:
- Be the first point of contact for our customers—greeting them with a friendly, professional attitude and making sure they feel welcome and supported.
- Manage schedules and appointments to keep the shop running smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with technicians and the service manager to maintain clear communication and a seamless workflow.
- Provide honest, transparent recommendations by explaining both the immediate needs of a customer’s vehicle and what’s coming up, allowing them to plan ahead without feeling pressured—this is all about providing the true health of their vehicle.
- Track parts orders, estimates, and repair timelines to ensure prompt service and efficient repairs.
