Your Role as a Service Advisor :

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their experience is smooth and their vehicles are in top shape. Key responsibilities include :

Customer Engagement : Greet customers, understand their needs, and set service expectations.

Reservation Management : Efficiently manage reservations for shop customers to keep things running smoothly.

Collaboration : Work closely with the Service Manager and technicians to review inspections and estimates.

Service Sales : Recommend necessary services and products to enhance customer satisfaction.

Inventory Management : Oversee ordering and parts availability to keep repairs on track.
