What You’ll Do as a Service Advisor
- Be the first friendly face our customers see! Greet them and help them understand their vehicle’s needs.
- Keep the shop running smoothly by managing appointments and schedules.
- Work closely with our technicians & service manager to ensure clear communication.
- Build trust with customers by recommending necessary services in an honest, helpful way.
- Stay organized —tracking parts, estimates, and repair timelines.
