NOW HIRING: Tinley Fitness Service Team Attendant (part-time)
JOB SUMMARY: The Service Team Attendant at Tinley Fitness is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, checking/scanning membership passes, cleaning/disinfecting equipment and processing facility memberships. Daily operations include opening and/or closing procedures, balancing cash drawer at end of shift and conducting facility tours to familiarize patrons with Tinley Fitness and the park district.
LOCATION: Tinley Fitness, 8125 W. 171st Street, Tinley Park, Illinois
QUALIFICATIONS: The qualified individual should be able to communicate effectively with the public and represent the operations and policies of the district. Ability to work with a variety of computer software programs is required. Good decision making and leadership skills are a must. Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Current CPR certification or ability to gain CPR certification is also required.
INCENTIVES: This is a year-round, part-time position with the ability to cross train for all shifts. Scheduled hours may range from 12-19 hours/week and require weekend shift rotations. Flexible availability is preferred, specifically nights and weekends. Pay rate is $15.25 per hour and qualifies for a complementary membership to the Fitness Center, Recreation Center, Water Park, and Dog Park.
