Position Summary
TINT 360 is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tint Artist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality window tinting services that align with the unique preferences of our customers—enhancing vehicle aesthetics, protecting interiors, and upholding the high standards of our brand.
This position requires precision, a steady hand, and an artistic eye to ensure flawless installations on every project. You will be responsible for tint application on a variety of vehicle types including cars, trucks, SUVs, heavy equipment, and recreational vehicles. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory of tinting supplies, maintaining equipment in excellent condition, and staying up-to-date with the latest tinting techniques and technologies.

Job Description
The Window Tint Artist is a key member of our production team, responsible for installing premium window tint protection packages across a range of vehicles. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and overall shop efficiency by ensuring installations are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional window tint installations on all types of vehicles
- Ensure accurate film alignment, bubble-free application, and clean finishes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Manage tint inventory and report low stock to the Shop Lead
- Maintain and care for tools and installation equipment
- Stay informed on industry trends and new tinting techniques
- Provide excellent customer service and uphold the brand’s reputation
- Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and workflow
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in window tinting preferred, but not required
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Reliable, punctual, and respectful in a fast-paced environment excellence in automotive services.
Skills & Knowledge
- Expertise in window tinting materials and application techniques, ensuring high-quality and consistent results.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform detailed handwork for extended periods with consistency and accuracy.
- Comfortable standing, bending, and maneuvering around vehicles as needed to ensure flawless application.
