Steady Supervisor Wanted to Steer Second Shift
Small-to-Medium electronics services provider seeking our next night-owl leader to drive production throughput on second shift. At Tintronics Industries we pride ourselves on our relaxed yet productive electronics manufacturing environment. We’re looking to begin training our next generation of leadership starting with our second shift Supervisor. This Supervisor is responsible for guiding the activities of our 15-20 person second shift as they perform value-added services to electronic components such as Tape and Reel Services, Reballing, Lead Forming, manual and robot-assisted tinning.
This Supervisor will coordinate with our Production Manager to ensure seamless handover between first and second shifts as well as providing input to streamline and increase our output. They will monitor the attendance, duties, and performance of all second shift employees as well as ensuring the facility is properly closed at the end of each night. This position will require the people-skills to gently but firmly guide employees to maintain efficiency and work through unique machine issues which might arise. Independence and decisiveness will help rocket one to success in this role.
A special interest in operation and maintenance of four and six axis tinning robots will allow this position the additional challenge and reward of increasing shift capacity.
Tintronics offers a four-day work week, Monday through Friday 3:15PM to 12:45AM with company provided dinners on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
