Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher , toddler, an infant teacher and assistants due to enrolling more children in our classrooms. We need to continue to maintain staff ratios and would like you to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, guiding their development through engaging activities and lessons. This role is essential in laying the foundation for lifelong learning and ensuring that each child reaches their full potential.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and social skills.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Assess children's progress through standardized testing and informal evaluations to tailor educational approaches.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support child welfare and development.
- Provide individualized support for children with special education needs or early intervention requirements.
- Maintain classroom organization, including managing supplies and resources effectively.
- Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their emotional and social growth.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Skills
