What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Aide position at Tioga Medical Center?
Tioga Medical Center is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our Dietary department!
Position Type: Full-Time
Shift: 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Full-Time/40 hours per week)
Salary: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Cleaning and organizing all freight areas, helping with freight and inventory projects as needed, cleaning dietary area, doing dishes, delivering meal carts to designated areas, and helping in the kitchen. Must be dependable and a team player. The position does require working every other weekend and occasional holidays.

Qualifications:
Experience is preferred, but on-the-job training will be provided to the right individual.
Ability to adapt to changing schedules and tasks.

Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, perform overhead lifting and perform other common physical movements as needed for the position. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must be able to maintain good balance, stand for extended periods of time, and have good dexterity. Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
