RESPONSIBILITIES
What You Can Expect Day-to-Day
Balancing precision with poise, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Manage calendars, communications, and travel arrangements for executives
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and communications
- Track and maintain data in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and internal tools
- Organize internal meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-ups stay on track
- Support the planning and execution of external meetings, events, and conferences
- Help maintain operational systems, update records, and improve internal workflows
- Assist with tracking performance metrics, expenses, and KPIs
- Handle routine communication and coordination with external contacts and vendors
REQUIREMENTS
