What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Transportation position at Tipp City Exempted Vilage Schools?
Tipp City Schools is now hiring for a Director of Transportation for the 2025-26 School year. The start date for this position is August 1, 2025 with the possibility of it beginning earlier. Please see the attached Job Description for more information.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Ability to meet the physical examination standards of the federal motor carrier safety regulations
- Have at least 2 years driving or meet local board policy age requirements in alignment with Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations
- Ability to maintain/renew a Commercial Driver License (CDL), Class B with school bus and passenger endorsements, and air brake certification
- Demonstated ability to manage a vehicle fleet
