Do you feel like you are in an assembly-line grooming shop? Are you tired of the number of dogs groomed being pushed on you? If you are working in a salon where the emphasis is placed on the number of dogs you groom, and not the quality of your work, and have a desire to hone your skills, then this could be a great opportunity for you. We need stylists who are interested in building a rewarding career in a friendly atmosphere where an emphasis is placed on the comfort and well-being of the pets we groom.
Tipp City Veterinary Hospital is actively seeking candidates to fill at least one part-time or full-time Groomer position. We would like to fill this position as soon as possible. It is an exciting time to join our team! We have recently launched a variety of new services that have increased the volume of pets lodging with us. We have recently recognized the demand for an additional groomer as a direct reflection of this rapid growth. We’ve been serving the local community for more than 35 years and see canines, felines, exotics, and avians. We enjoy a loyal clientele, high case volume, and a professional, well-educated support team. Our modern 42,000-square-foot campus is well equipped to offer the highest level of veterinary, lodging, daycare, and grooming services.
Successful candidates will have hands-on experience providing bathing and grooming services to all breeds of dogs and cats with a keen eye for detail. If you are interested in assisting us in promoting our philosophy of care, please submit an application. A portfolio of previous grooms showing various breeds and styles may be requested for review. Applicants should have their own tools and a test groom will be part of the interview process.
We seek individuals who are passionate about animal welfare, have great people skills, and are driven to grow and advance in their careers with us. Our ongoing growth is creating exceptional opportunities for professional development and personal enrichment throughout our organization. We take pride in the care that we give to the pets that stay with us. Our Groomers do everything in their power to make their experience safe and comfortable.
