Position Summary:
We are looking for an individual who will be an integral part of our small, but high growth team. As a Tippi Toes Executive and Personal Assistant, you will provide executive business level support to the CEO and COO while managing a wide range of operational, administrative, and organizational tasks to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of Tippi Toes. Responsibilities also include managing personal and family schedules as well as travel and other household needs for the CEO. This position requires the ability to proactively anticipate needs, recommend new ideas and solutions, lead special projects, assist with strategic planning, and provide a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. The successful candidate will be exceptionally organized, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be resourceful, and flexible to the needs of the business. This position has the potential to grow and take on additional responsibilities as the company grows. The position duel reports to the CEO and COO.
Position Responsibilities:
· Proactively maintains and manages individual calendars for the CEO and COO. Ensures leaders are prepared with detailed information for day-to-day operations, and meetings.
· Oversees the corporate calendar, reoccurring meetings, and monthly/weekly meetings
· Manage the flow of information so that urgent emails are answered in a timely manner and timelines/deadlines are met.
· Draft letters, edit/proof, and research/prepare reports with great attention to detail
· Plan and book travel as needed: both business and personal
· Manage google drives and ensure organization and ease of accessibility
· Plan and execute internal and external strategic meetings
· Assist with event planning and logistics
· Provides administrative support including preparing communication and other documents, assist with research, and other ad hoc duties
· Manages CEO personal and family schedules, including appointments, school activities, and extracurricular events.
· Runs personal errands for CEO and other household needs
· Anticipates needs, foresees potential issues, ensures necessary details are not overlooked
· Streamlines processes to ensure optimal efficiency
· Assist with collection and organization of franchisee data and information
· Works with and provides confidential and sensitive information and exercises discretion
· Supports special projects and business operations projects
· Meets regularly with CEO and COO to assess short- and long-term needs and priorities
· Upholds the highest professional standards as a key representative for Tippi Toes

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
