BAR BACK / FOOD RUNNER
Position Description:
Tipsy Pickle is looking for reliable support staff to assist bartenders and servers. The ideal candidate will maintain fast-paced operations while ensuring smooth service delivery.
Position Duties:
➢ Stock and maintain bar inventory
➢ Deliver food promptly and accurately
➢ Maintain cleanliness standards throughout venue
➢ Provide comprehensive support to bartenders
➢ Reset and clean tables efficiently
➢ Handle dishes and glassware appropriately
➢ Assist with closing procedures
➢ Ensure adequate supply levels
Required Qualifications:
➢ Previous experience helpful but will train
➢ Strong work ethic
➢ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
➢ Quick and efficient movement in fast-paced environment
➢ Must be 18 or older
➢ Available nights and weekends
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or catering is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with team members and guests.
- Experience in a nightclub or bar setting is beneficial for understanding fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional customer service.
