Cocktail Server/Bartender

the SUMMARY:

The Tipsy Robot Bar, located at the Venetian Resort and Planet Hollywood Resort is seeking a dynamic Bartender/Cocktail Server/Sales Associate.

We have the world’s first robotic bar, as well as a FAST-PACED FRONT BAR.

We are looking for HIGHLY MOTIVATED Candidate to fill this role immediately.

$12/h Tips Commission

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Uses professional selling skills to produce sales of Drinks, Merchandise and Services.
• Maintain a presence on the floor to assist guests and guide them through the experience.
• Maintain personal and productivity goals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
• Handles point-of-sale transactions, documentation, forms of payment, and tagging merchandise.
• Work as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues and constructive communication, to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Contribute to the daily operations of the store.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail.
• The Bartender must be available to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and swings.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Must be 21 years of age or over.
• General understanding of the principles of sales.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Working knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Knowledge of local and state regulations related to alcohol service and health code compliance.
• Current valid TAM, Health Card, and Sheriff Card (Non Gaming).
• Ability to climb, lift, reach, and bend.
• Must be able to communicate in English with guests and co-workers.'

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
