Position Available: Part-time Receptionist We are currently seeking a Part-time receptionist to join our welcoming team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and maintaining the smooth operation of our clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage patient calendars
- Collect payments and perform insurance verification
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and medical record maintenance
- Uphold patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in medical office reception or similar role preferred
- Insurance verification or authorization experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude
Benefits:
- Competitive pay: $14.70 - $16.00 per hour
- Half-days on Fridays for an early start to your weekend
Schedule:
- Part-Time position, Monday to Friday
- No weekends required
