Job Description:
Tire Outlet is a comprehensive automotive repair business offering a wide range of services, including tire and oil change services, air conditioning, and tire service. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional tire and auto services for all your vehicle needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote products and services by following store standards and expectations.
- Manage the team and workflow in the shop, ensuring seamless operations when the store manager is absent.
Customer Interaction:
Promptly greet customers in a professional and courteous manner both in person and over the telephone using standardized customer service techniques.
Listen attentively to customers' concerns, thoroughly document them, and inspect their vehicle to accurately identify and verify service needs.
Recommend services based on appropriate knowledge and clearly communicate any additional recommendations from Automotive Technicians to ensure informed decision-making.
Properly document all recommendations in customer files.
Sales Promotion:
Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating a thorough understanding of products and associated service requirements.
Service Delivery:
Provide customers with accurate quotes, including cost and time of completion for approved services.
Keep customers updated throughout the day on the status of their services.
Follow proper procedures when cashing out customers' tickets, including reviewing completed multi-point inspections and explaining applicable warranties.
Post-Service Follow-up:
Conduct post-repair and declined services follow-up phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Track new returns, core returns, and warranty parts for individual customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required.
- Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturdays.
