Service Manager / Writer
Overview :
Our company is looking for a motivated and reliable Service Manager / Writer for our {LOCATION}. Van's Auto Service & Tire Pros has been family owned and operated for over 30 years providing 5-star customer service. Have you worked in retail, sales, or automotive industries? Do you have great customer service skills and can deliver outstanding customer service? Can you build relationships with customers and inform them of their needs of their vehicle whether on the phone or in person? Then this is the company for you!
Responsibilities :
- Assisting customers through the tire buying process and presenting needed repairs.
- Ensure sales goals are being achieved through extensive tire knowledge, various service types and products in the automotive industry.
- Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor.
- Proactive with demonstrated proficiency in multi-tasking within a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with the sales team and service department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements :
This job operates in an automotive shop environment. The job will have exposure to a moderate noise level, adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt, and dust.
