Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a knack for juggling multiple tasks? If so, this opportunity might be for you! We are currently in search of a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in both real estate and personal matters.
Duties
- Provide administrative support including managing calendars, scheduling appointments
- Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails
- Transcribe notes and documents accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files
- Assist with document preparation and editing, including using software such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols
- Coordinate meetings and events, including sending invitations, preparing materials, and arranging logistics
- Manage office and place orders as needed
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficient in using computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Knowledge of DocuSign or similar electronic signature software is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk reception is preferred
