Position Summary
As a Pricing Analyst, your main focus will be to assist the demand planning team with implementing pricing strategies responsible for driving revenue and improving processes and procedures. This role works heavily in reporting and maintaining weekly company goals using pricing optimization software and competitive analysis. You will be a key member responsible for driving revenue across Titan Brand’s 3500 SKUs.

In the Pricing Analyst role, you will:
- Manage and execute the pricing strategy for the company with focus on driving gross margin by defining and uploading weekly price books for our three vertical catalog of items.
- Ensure price competitiveness by managing competitive pricing software to ensure we remain competitive in the market while also supporting gross margin goals.
- Support the Strategic Accounts team to continue to improve B2B relationships and other target markets through pricing updates.
- Support the Demand Planning team with promotional pricing and campaigns.
- Work with supply chain to maintain velocity intent of product catalog.
- Expand pricing strategies to different target markets, direct sales and third-party.
- Support other teams with business analysis, reports and recommendations that support revenue, gross margin, and other specific pricing needs.
Requirements
To do this we believe you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, or other related field
- 2 years’ experience in corporate setting
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Comfort with a fast-paced, always changing environment
- Strong ability to operate at operational/analytic level as well as at strategic level
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of price, margin calculations and dynamic pricing and how these affect business decisions
- Ability to work cross-functionally and across departments
What will set you apart:
