What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resource Generalist I position at Titan Echelon?
Position Summary: The Human Resource Generalist manages and supports the entire employee lifecycle at Titan Echelon, including employee relations, onboarding, performance management, reward management, timekeeping, payroll, policy development, and other HR functions in collaboration with the TE Administrative Team. This is a hybrid position working with the CAO at TE HQ and remotely.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, the employee must be able to complete the following tasks satisfactorily:
- Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters
- Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
- Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records
- Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval, and initiating activities
- Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
- Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly
- Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances
- Facilitates and communicates organizational policies and programs and ensures labor law and regulatory compliance.
- Provides internal support and partnership to business lines to deliver required human resources.
- May evaluate, select, and oversee vendors that provide supplemental HR processes and services.
- Coordinates with Admin support staff to process and maintain employment, attendance, and other records.
Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid U.S. Passport
- Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools, and payroll and human resources software
- Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
- Leadership and coaching skills
- Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail and analytically driven
- Advanced certification, such as Professional (PHR), Senior Professional (SPHR) or Global Professional (GPHR) in Human Resources is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or another related field is preferred
