Titan Fuel Tanks is looking for a Customer Service Associate!
This position is a key function at Titan and the right person will have opportunity to move up in the company quickly. The candidate will be given a brand ambassador/customer service role without relying on commissioned sales for pay. This is a great way to get into the fun and exciting industry of aftermarket automotive parts. Pay will be determined on experience, but we are willing to pay the right person a respectful rate.
What is Titan Fuel Tanks?
TITAN Fuel Tanks is America's leading manufacturer of high-capacity aftermarket fuel tanks made of military-grade polymer. Titan Fuel Tanks was started in 2003 in response to the voices of diesel truck owners who wanted to go farther-- longer. Without fear, they wanted to be able to go where the nearest fuel station might be hundreds of miles away. Anyone who has towed a trailer knows what it does to your mileage know how far it will be until the next station, you will often end up at overpriced stations that know they can gouge you and get away with it.
Our goal was simple; design a lightweight tank that would fit each vehicle perfectly, not impact cargo space and provide up to double a pickup’s fuel range. The tank had to operate without interfering with any functional parts of a vehicle, including the hitch, and – the real kicker – it had to look good. Because the last thing we want is to make your vehicle something you would be less proud of.

Outline of core responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via live chat. (Website customer service/sales)
- Assist with incoming sales calls.
- Will be responsible for contacting end consumers and asking follow up questions.
- Will be given more involved roles as experience cumulates.
Required Qualities/Skills:
- Experience in/with the automotive industry. Must know mechanical basics.
- Enthusiastic
- Self starter
- Great service skills.
- Computer skills (Microsoft office)
