Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (AGNP)
A Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) is needed in the charming city of Larkspur, California.

- Starting salary range: $135,000 to $160,000

Responsibilities
- See an average of 20 patients per day, Monday through Friday
- Bilingual or Spanish-speaking skills preferred but not required
- Use the EPIC electronic medical record system
- Assume primary care role for a full patient panel
Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner certification in the State of California
- DEA license
- Minimum 3 years' experience in outpatient primary care settings
- Experience in community health settings highly preferred
- COVID-19 vaccination proof may be requested (unless exempt)
