Titan Robotics, Inc. is seeking an experienced senior Contracts and Compliance Manager, to join our team in Coraopolis, PA to provide oversight, leadership, and guidance for a diverse portfolio of US Government (Department of Defense), and future commercial contracts. This position has been held by a person soon retiring so the right candidate will have an excellent opportunity to take the helm in this area and grow with a robotics company with a strong exciting future.
Responsibilities:
Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Accounting field and has a strong business acumen.
10-15 years of experience in contract development, negotiation and administration
10-15 Years of experience with all contract types including Fixed-Price, T&M, cost reimbursable and cost share, IDIQs, Other Transaction and Technology Investment Agreements, and specifically with the USG Department of Defense.
10-15 years of experience and advanced knowledge of FAR/DFARS and Agency specific (DoD) regulations as well as relevant export and intellectual property laws, regulations, terms, and conditions.
Strong effective communication skills, both verbal and written, time management skills, and attention to detail.
Strong effective interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to employees and management at all levels.
Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-moving environment supporting employees, suppliers and customers.
Ability to work independently and takes the initiative to perform required tasks for contracts oversight and compliance with demonstrated problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, and Office applications such as Word, Excel, and others including Adobe and SharePoint.
Preferred Experience Or Qualifications
JD, paralegal and/or NCMA certification (CPCM, CFCM, CCCM) a plus
Proposal pricing and Business Volume experience a plus
Working experience with Unanet business enterprise systems is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Provides oversight, leadership and contract management for a large portfolio of Government and potential Commercial contracts.
- Provides problem resolution and counseling to executive level management on strategic and current contracts to identify and balance risks.
- Leads, develops, reviews and negotiates all contractual documents including but not limited to non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, subcontract agreements and modifications, prime contracts and modifications, and other agreements as required.
- Supports and contributes to program management reviews, business strategy sessions, risk management activities for all contract-related matters.
- Reviews, analyzes and interprets solicitation documents and contract terms and conditions for risk and acceptability, providing inputs, proposal strategies and review of proposals in close coordination with the executive leadership team in compliance with requirements, applicable standards, or regulations.
- Supports audits and leads applicable corporate compliance activities
- Serves as the main POC for internal departments concerning specific contract questions, issues, and problems.
- Develops contract operations processes, programs and tools to support company growth.
- Supports cross functional teams including Operations, Program Management, Finance and works closely with outside legal counsel as necessary.
- Organizes and maintains thorough repositories for all contractual documents.
- Has experience with and has maintained company accounts on government systems to submit invoices and support other requirements within Government systems including SAM.gov, SBIR.gov, SPRS.csd.disa.mil, CPARS.gov, and ASSIST.org.
