Sales Analyst
Marksman Titan Security Group is the leading national privately held provider of security services and security-related technology solutions across the United States.
Marksman Titan Security Group is seeking a data-driven Sales Analyst to support our Sales and Revenue Operations functions by managing pricing for proposals and escalations, developing dynamic pricing models, and building actionable sales performance dashboards through Salesforce. This role combines strong analytical acumen with business insight to drive smarter decisions across pricing strategy, renewal negotiations, and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Proposals & Renewal Pricing
- Develop pricing exhibits for new business proposals using internal models, market intelligence, and collaboration with Sales and Operations.
- Develop and manage client-specific budget models for annual rate increases, aligned to contractual terms, CPI benchmarks, and margin objectives.
- Prepare client facing pricing deliverables to align with client objectives.
Sales Performance & Trend Analysis
- Maintain sales performance dashboards in Salesforce, highlighting KPIs such as win rates, average deal size, sales cycle velocity, and regional quota attainment.
- Analyze historical win/loss data to identify pricing-related trends, patterns by market, and recommendations for pricing strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with the CRO and Director of Sales Administration to identify underperforming segments and recommend strategic improvements.
Data Integrity & Reporting
- Maintain data hygiene across Salesforce opportunities, pricing fields, and proposal tracking.
- Leverage tolls like Excel (VBA/macros), Power BI to create recurring reports.
- Monitor and audit pricing compliance, including alignment to union agreements, contract terms, and cost inputs.
Cross-Functional Support
- Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure pricing assumptions are accurate, compliant, and achievable.
- Support RFP response strategy by preparing pricing narratives & exhibits.
- Attend key client renewal meetings to present pricing adjustments and defend escalations with data.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, data analytics or related field. 2-4 years of combined experience in pricing, financial analysis, or sales analytics. Security, staffing, or facilities industries experience preferred.
Other Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Office products with advanced Excel skills required (i.e., pivot tables, v-lookups, formula audits, macros, etc.). Experience with Salesforce and Power BI preferred. Self-starting, proactive individual with strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to solve problems, and exceptional attention to detail. Analytical mind, strong quantitative ability and comfort with large data sets. Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment that demands accuracy and accountability. Excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures. Must be able to work in an office environment.
Salary & Benefits: $90,000-$110,000 base salary (depending on experience) plus discretionary year-end bonus, paid vacation and personal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and AD&D insurance, paid holidays, and 401(k) match.
