We are looking for a Marketing Manager to support the Marketing department in its brand recognition and growth objectives. This role is in office full-time and based in the Chicago Loop area.
Responsibilities
As the Marketing Manager, you’ll have a diverse set of responsibilities. These will include :
- Create & manage social media calendar for LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. Create social media content and post according to our content calendar and campaigns. Continue to optimize the company's social media pages on Linkedin, Twitter, & Facebook.
- Coordinate our presence at industry events, conferences, webinars, and office events.
- Assist in managing news and resources updates via the Titan website that include, but is not limited to, public safety information, important information regarding city events and other useful topics.
- Coordinate email campaigns to clients and employees regarding important information related to happenings within the company and safety information from city departments.
- Assist with monitoring metrics to determine the effectiveness of social media and email efforts, suggesting necessary modifications to increase the effectiveness.
- Building proposal and presentation decks to be used in client meetings.
- Assist with the production, updating, and creation of marketing materials and collateral.
- Provide general marketing support as needed.
- Association and Event Planning Experience

Salary & Benefits : Compensation is between $80,000-100,000 / year depending on experience plus discretionary year-end bonus, paid vacation and personal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and AD&D insurance, paid holidays, and 401(k) match.
