Titan Solar Power is currently seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Manager to Join our team.
Summary:
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing appointments, warehouse team and equipment for the installation crews to be able to perform their job effectively.
Responsibilities:

Communicate the time and schedules for the installation crews

Manage the staging of job materials for the installation crews
-
Assist in processing of inventory, when needed
-
Complies with federal (OSHA), state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; and advising management on needed actions.

Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring safety and security procedures and protocols.

Controls inventory levels by conducting regularly scheduled physical counts; & reconciling with data storage systems.

Monitor all backorders in the system and get ETA from the Vendors.

Collaborate with the National Inventory Manager and HQ Supply Chain team to ensure inventory compliance and variance controls.

Ensure all picking, fulfillment, inventory counts, and receipts are properly and timely documented in NetSuite.

Maintains the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.

Collaborate with all internal departments to ensure company goals are met.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
3 years of warehouse experience in solar, construction or a related field
-
Experience driving a forklift and lifting various materials
-
Ability to drive a company vehicle as per our insurance standards

Excellent customer service & leadership skills
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Excellent organizational and time management skills
-
Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
Physical Requirements:

Work is performed in an outside warehouse environment, subjected to extreme weather conditions.

Alternate sitting or standing at will

Crouching or bending
-
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Comfortable with heights

Ability to work in extreme weather conditions

Able to travel upon request.
