Sales Director - North Dakota / Wyoming

Reports to : Vice President Operations Date Created : 11 / 4 / 2024

Sales Director responsibilities include developing growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Execution of these strategies is required to achieve financial goals. Duties will also include building relationships with customers as well as co-workers. Understanding and following customer trends.

Essential Functions :

EE will be responsible for establishing and meeting annual sales targets

EE will develop and execute plan to achieve sales numbers and expand customer base

EE will build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

EE will work closely with customers to understand customers business needs and objectives

EE will effectively communicate Titan's pricing structure so customers clearly understand

EE will establish good communication with Titan's accounting department

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Sales executive experience in meeting or exceeding targets

Previous experience in various sales positions

Able to articulate sales targets, sales projections to all levels of management

Ability to drive sales process from start to end

Ability to position Titan pricing against competitors

Excellent listening and negotiating skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Other Requirements :

Education : High School Diploma, Degree

Job Experience : Sales

Travel Requirements : Will be required to cover North Dakota and Wyoming regions

Pay Range : $100 (k) - $150 (k)
