Manufacturing Sales Account Representative
Titan Talent is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manufacturing Sales Account Representative for a leading electronic manufacturing service provider. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to contribute to a growing company specializing in cable assemblies, harnesses, printed circuit boards, box builds, and panel enclosures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quotations, job costing, and manage sales order entry
- Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Quality departments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations on products and services
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences
- Follow up with customers, offering updates on order status as needed
- Negotiate and close deals, addressing customer concerns effectively
- Deliver exceptional customer service and problem-solving solutions
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree (required) with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience in manufacturing sales is a must
- Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and products
Skills:
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Epicor experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Excel, Word, and CRM software
- Ability to read prints, drawings, and break down Bills of Materials (BOM) - training available
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service
