Titan Technologies, LLC (Titan) is seeking an experienced, self-directed, Audio Visual/Video Teleconferencing (AV/VTC) Scheduler/Technicians to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) III contract. As a member of our team, you will help to assist USSOCOM, Service Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC), and deployed forces in the delivery of a full spectrum of Information Technology (IT) services to operate and maintain information flow, communications, and connectivity globally.
The AV/VTC Scheduler/Technician requires excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as thorough knowledge of AV/VTC hardware, software and network connections. The Scheduler/Technician must have expertise in scheduling VTC sessions in VTC bridges, hands-on experience with debugging the interoperation of VTC bridges and end points, as well as experience setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting AV equipment (displays, microphones, sound boards etc.) The AV/VTC Scheduler/Technician shall manage and provide day-to-day support for desktop VTC units.

The Scheduler/Technician must have expertise in scheduling VTC sessions in VTC bridges, hands-on experience with debugging the interoperation of VTC bridges and end points, as well as experience setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting AV equipment (displays, microphones, sound boards etc.) The AV/VTC Scheduler/Technician shall manage and provide day-to-day support for desktop VTC units.
Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
- Plan, install, configure, operate, maintain, defend, manage, repair, and update the VTC components to include perform software updates, account management, and schedule conferences.
- Recommend upgrades to VTC systems at least annually and incorporate approved upgrades when acquired by the Government.
- Monitor VTC services to facilitate the early detection of incidents, impending outages.
- Provide remote support for deployed VTC and install, configure and maintain VTC endpoints
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware and network connectivity issues.
- Remove old equipment and perform data migration to new machines.
- Support AV requirements for Command events and ceremonies.
- 4 years of experience supporting and troubleshooting AV/VTCs equipment in Government environment, as well as troubleshooting and fixing AV/VTC hardware and software.
- Maintain, setup, monitor, and troubleshoot video equipment.
- DoD 8570.01-M IAT II Certificate is required.
- Some positions may require shift work and/or an ability to work a non-standard work schedule to support the USSOCOM mission.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 3-5 years of experience
- Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation; Clearance required.
