đź’Ą No experience in title or escrow? No problem! This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a background in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative work, who is highly organized, numbers-savvy, and ready to build a career in the real estate and settlement services industry.
What You’ll Learn and Do: You’ll work closely with our experienced post-closing and disbursement team to:
- Prepare and send final closing packages
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with document recording and e-recording
- Help with file balancing and accurate disbursement of funds
- Track escrows, final bills, and title policies
- Communicate with clients and lenders to confirm closings
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, deadlines, and document accuracy.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, banking, or finance is a plus
- Strong aptitude for math and comfort working with figures and financial transactions
- Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional, clear communication and a customer service mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort with digital tools
- A team-player attitude and a genuine interest in learning the title and escrow industry
