Reporting to the Manager, Assignment, and Lien Release, this position is responsible for securing, managing, and processing essential documentation to support title-clearing functions while ensuring compliance with statutory, state and regulatory requirements. This position facilitates the drafting, execution, recording, and imaging of Assignments and Lien Releases adhering to company and industry guidelines.
Additionally, the role serves as a central point of contact for coordinating document-related activities and maintaining clear communication with clients, vendors, and government offices to enable efficient, timely, and accurate property transactions.
What you will do for TC&E
- Obtain assignment or lien release orders and ensure document accuracy using various servicing platforms
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to obtain title-related documents, including deeds, mortgages and releases
- Draft and verify assignments and lien releases to meet state and jurisdiction guidelines, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and coordinating corrections as needed
- Facilitate the recording and imaging of assignments and lien releases, maintaining complete, organized records in line with company and compliance standards
- Administer loans and manage documentation to ensure compliance with company policies, investor guidelines and state laws
- Support the title clearing process by identifying and addressing documentation issues that may impact title insurance or property ownership
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate the status of documentation and escalate challenges that may cause delays
- Provide feedback and propose solutions to improve process efficiency and quality
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, requests and communications regarding assigned files
- Stay updated on industry standards, company policies and regulatory requirements related to title documentation
- Review, prioritize and provide timely and accurate response to tasks, intercoms and emails
- Manage individual workload to ensure all deadlines and quality standards are met
- Develop domain knowledge of Fay’s business to include an understanding of organizational objectives
- Ensure compliance with Fay’s policies, processes, and practices. Successfully complete all department and company required training
