What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Processor position at Title Fusion?
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Title Processor to join our team. The Processor is responsible for pre-closing, clearing title on both purchase and sale side contracts, preparing settlement statements, balancing with lenders, as well as preparing documents for closing. S/He is required to exercise extreme independent judgment and to possess the knowledge and experience necessary to efficiently handle any situation that may arise during the escrow/closing process.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 depending on experience
