Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the escrow process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and providing exceptional service to clients. This role requires a strong understanding of escrow procedures, loan origination, and mortgage servicing, along with the ability to handle contracts and financial documents accurately.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire escrow process, including opening, managing, and closing escrows.
- Review and prepare escrow documents for accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations and TILA requirements throughout the escrow process.
- Calculate closing costs and disburse funds according to contractual obligations.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications related to each escrow.
- Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing updates on the status of their transactions.
- Stay informed about industry changes and best practices in escrow services.
Experience
- Proven experience in escrow services or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with FNMA guidelines, loan origination processes, and mortgage servicing is highly desirable.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations of closing costs and other financial aspects of transactions.
- Knowledge of contracts and legal documentation related to real estate transactions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.
