Seeking an organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist, evolving into a Title Processor while handing Social Media Marketing for the office for a 30 year established family owned Title Company. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing customer service and and answering the phones. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure it is presentable at all times.
- Administrative tasks such as data entry of new files and social media postings.
Skills
- Experience in social media marketing is required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and ability to learn inhouse software related to title work.
- Experience with phone systems and handling multi-line calls.
- Excellent customer support skills, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
